Collaboration | Working closely with Aki Schilz, Director of The Literary Consultancy, I collaborated on a project to create an online community aimed at safeguarding literary creativity and supporting emotional resilience called Being A Writer. The aspiration was to provide a platform where writers could learn about, discuss and focus on the qualities of character which underpin well-being and a sustainable writing practice.
Results | Being A Writer is a vibrant online community and now a key pillar to The Literary Consultancy’s evolving offer. It has expanded to include a year-long Write Club Plus programme which I facilitate, and elsewhere includes monthly Sunday Write Clubs, an annual online festival, podcasts, events, workshops, masterclasses and online courses, one of which I devised and wrote called ‘Making the Time and Space to Write’.
