To complement the contemplative atmosphere at the Writers’ Cabin, wherever possible, we have used reclaimed furniture and we’ve designed this space with what people on a writer’s retreat might reach for. Highlights include:

• Literary Agent’s Desk: Soak up the literary legacy while writing at the oak desk with brass finishes which once belonged to a literary agency on Denmark Street, Soho
• Ergonomic Office Chair: Look after your back during long writing stints on this comfortable office chair which is height adjustable
• Bespoke Book Lover’s Double Bed: With books on writing craft housed within the bedhead, this innovative bed design is inspired by the time Van Gogh’s spent in the Yellow House in Arles
• Easy Chairs: Three lounge-style chairs are dotted throughout the Cabin so you can get a change of perspective on your work-in-progress from different vantage points throughout the day and night
• Veranda: The sizeable veranda includes a large metal table, outdoors seats and rocking chair. The outdoor plug socket means you can spend all day at your laptop, surrounded by nature
• Breakfast Bar: To keep your work and dining space separate, the breakfast bar includes two wooden stools so you can eat away from your creative space
