Each guest on retreat at the Writers’ Cabin is offered a complimentary 90-minute sauna session during their writer’s retreat, the time of which is arranged upon arrival. Spare towels are provided.

Supplementary 90-minute sessions are available to book, subject to availability, at a charge of £45.

The spacious, private sauna is located within the separate spa-inspired shower room, and the sauna overlooks the garden and the beautiful Tarren mountain range in mid-Wales.

To ensure the best indoor and outdoor air quality, the sauna is electrically heated. We take care of turning it on and off – your job is to relax, unwind, and decompress!
